2017 Fiesta
Sunday, April 30, 2017
All parents and/or guardians are required to do mandatory parents hours for fiesta, and to donate $25 towards fiesta costs. This can also be met by donating a gift card(s). The $25 is due April 10th. Payment can be made during Fiesta Sign-Ups or turned into the Business Office.
Mandatory Fiesta Hours:
6 hours on Fiesta Day (or pay $300)
3 hours on Fiesta Day for Single Parent Families & Active Military Duty Families (or pay $150)

If you did not sign up for fiesta, you can email pab@santaclarahighschool.com to make arrangements, but PAB will go ahead and assign parents to a shift after April 10th.
We are still looking for Chairs for the following: Overall Game Co-Chairs, Raffle Tent and Face Painting.

Fiesta assignments will be posted below a few weeks before fiesta. If you have any questions or concerns, please email pab@santaclarahighschool.com
If you do not show up for your assigned shift, you were billed $50 per hour.
Fiesta Tickets 2017
Donation Wednesdays
To help keep fiesta costs down, we are asking for specific donations every Wednesday, and in exchange for the donation, students will be able to wear spirit wear. The Donation Wednesday schedule requests are as follows:
March 4 12 packs of brand soda (coke, sprite, Dr. Pepper, etc.)
March 11 Paper Goods – bring either 100 paper plates, 100 plastic forks, 100 plastic spoons or a package of paper napkins
March 18 2 liter bottles of root beer – any brand, OR a 12 pack of name brand soda. (Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, 7-up, etc). OR a large can of nacho cheese, OR a large can of chili –NO BEANS.
March 25 2-pack of paper towels OR a 12 pack of name brand soda OR one grocery bag or larger of gently used clothing, kitchen items or nick-nacks for the rummage sale
April 1
April 15
April 22
The fiesta committee will keep track of donations collected and will have a set target goal of all items. If we meet our target goal of items, the fiesta committee will get a DJ to come perform during lunch.

Fiesta Tickets 2017
- Every student will be required to sell at minimum, $150 worth of tickets. Fiesta ticket disbursement date TBD.
- Toppers erroneously printed expiration dates of 2014, but they will accept the coupons for this year.
- There will be competition between 1st period classes. (More information to come)
- Each student will receive six (6) books of tickets in their envelope; the numbers will match the roster ledger (included)
- All fiesta tickets will be due by Friday, April 28, 2017.
- Families will be billed for any unsold tickets.
