All School Masses 2010-2011
The Mass is God's greatest gift to us, and the Holy Eucharist is the source, center and summit of our lives as Roman Catholics. In the Mass we are reminded that the way to heaven is by serving God and our brothers and sisters as Jesus served us by sacrificing His life for us. By receiving the Body and Blood at Mass we are given the power to imitate the example of Jesus. In addition to attending Mass on Sunday, the Saint Finbar students attend Mass one time during the week with their class. Each month we gather the whole school together to praise God. The following is the schedule for the year. All Masses take place at 8:00am. Students must be in Mass attire. All family and friends are welcome to join us for our School Liturgies.

Grade Duties By Month 2010-2011
Each month a different grade is assigned the following duties: Class Raffle, Valet Drop Off, and School Pride Duty. Class Raffles: Parents and students donate items to raffle off, and baked goods to sell, during morning recess. Students can purchase tickets for 25 cents to play the raffle and purchase baked goods. All the proceeds go to that particular class fund. Valet Drop Off: Parents arrive at 7:30am to assist with the Valet Drop Off Process. Make sure to complete a Service Hour Coupon, located in the front office, when you are done so that you can receive Service Hour Credit. School Pride Duty: Students are responsible for keeping the school free from papers, wrappers, and litter. The teacher sends out teams of students periodically to pick up papers. Students are required to wash their hands thoroughly when they are done. The schedule for the year is below.
